We operate on a first come first served basis between the hours of 10am to 4pm. We aim to see as many clients as possible with the assistance of quality volunteers from the community and our only paid employee Jonathan Beighton.
At busy times there may be a long waiting time, however we will aim to give an indication of how long it may be until you are seen.
We ask that each clients time with an adviser is respected and that our waiting clients are patient. We want to help as many clients as possible to receive the help and assistance they deserve as equals in our community.
